BO CHARGEMAN

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Required BO Chargeman Certificate (11 kv) from JBE or Suruhanjaya Tenaga and the certificate is required to registered under the company’s name.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Min 3-5 years working experience in property management/building maintenance/ complex/highrise building.
• Knowledge in Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations is an added advantage.
• Familiar with IEEE regulations and SHE procedures.

PROPERTY OFFICER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Professional Certificate in the field of Property Development, Real Estate Valuation/Management.
• Member of Surveyor Association in Malaysia
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Previous employment experience in Real Estate Valuer/Research Company is an added advantage
• Experience in the development process, including land acquisition, budget, calculation, development and marketing and leasing in Malaysia.
• Familiar with land matters and feasibility studies.
• Excellent skills in people management, organization and leadership in a fast moving customer focused environment.

PROJECT MANAGER (BASED IN MONGOLIA)

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Building or relevant discipline.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in ACAD and 3D presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• To be stationed in Mongolia.
• Full time position only.
