SECRETARY

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent. Preferable with 1-2 years working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate, good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, self-motivated, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

BO CHARGEMAN

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Required BO Chargeman Certificate (11 kv) from JBE or Suruhanjaya Tenaga and the certificate is required to registered under the company’s name.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Min 3-5 years working experience in property management/building maintenance/ complex/highrise building.
• Knowledge in Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations is an added advantage.
• Familiar with IEEE regulations and SHE procedures.

PLUMBER & HANDYMAN

• Min SPM with related working experience.
• Familiar with plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform general building maintenance or repair work as required.
• Able to work independently.

ACCOUNTANT (Based In China OR Mongolia)

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, MACPA) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience in the related field.
• Preferably those with experience in audit department of a large accounting firm.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
• Team player and able to motive and lead a finance team.
• Initiative, positive attitude and independent.
• Able to work in China / Mongolia.
• Full time position only.

PROJECT MANAGER (Based In China OR Mongolia)

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Building or relevant discipline.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in ACAD and 3D presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• To be stationed in Mongolia.
• Full time position only.
